英美烟草将在华合资生产烟草 |

| 英美烟草公司（British American Tobacco，BAT）将在华与当地合作伙伴共同建厂生产香烟。该公司称，这是唯一一家外国烟草企业获得中国政府批准在世界上最大的香烟市场开厂生产。
合资企业将每年生产1000亿支香烟，约占中国市场规模5%。 British American Tobacco will build a $1.5-billion cigarette factory in China with a local partner, the only foreign firm to win such approval in the world's biggest cigarette market, the company said. The factory will produce 100 billion cigarettes a year, or about 5% of the Chinese market. |
